Recognizing Your Contributions

When you give a gift to Memorial Health Foundation, you are giving hope and changing the lives of our patients. In return, we are committed to making sure that your gift is recognized and celebrated in a manner that conveys the impact that you have had on Memorial.

We love to celebrate and recognize all of the generous organizations and individuals who support Memorial, and we annually publish the names of all of our donors in Memorial's Pulse Magazine. We also put these names up on our video donor wall, located in the hospital's main lobby.

However, we understand that charitable giving is oftentimes a personal and private decision. If you wish for your gift to remain anonymous, please include with your gift a note which indicates as much. We are committed to honoring all anonymity requests, so please do not hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns.

In cases of extraordinary generosity, other forms of recognition (plaques, naming opportunities, etc.) are certainly deserved. All forms of recognition will be discussed with you to determine the best way to honor your thoughtfulness and create your legacy at Memorial.

Giving Societies

Memorial Health Foundation's giving societies were created to honor and recognize those who have made an extraordinary commitment in support of Memorial. If you are interested in learning more about how to become a member of one of our recognition societies, please see the information below, or you can Contact Us for more information.

Circles of Excellence

Our lifetime giving recognition societies are collectively known as the Memorial Health Foundation Circles of Excellence. Circles of Excellence is Memorial's way of celebrating members of the Memorial family who through their gifts of time, expertise and resources are contributing at the highest levels.

The purpose of Circles of Excellence is to recognize lifetime achievements in philanthropy and generosity through Memorial Health Foundation. Each year we hold a one-of-a-kind celebration, utilizing unique spaces and complementary themes to create an awe-inspiring event.

The Circles of Excellence society is divided into four giving levels, based on total lifetime giving.

Diamond Circle

Memorial Health Foundation's Diamond Circle of Excellence recognizes the extraordinary generosity of Memorial's closest family. This circle honors those who have $1 million or more in lifetime giving to support Memorial's mission.

Gold Circle

The Gold Circle of Excellence at Memorial honors the generosity and commitment of the most dedicated and civic-minded corporations, foundations and individuals in our community. The Gold Circle recognizes those with more than $100,000 in lifetime giving to Memorial.

Silver Circle

Those with $25,000 or more in lifetime giving are honored by Memorial's Silver Circle of Excellence. The members of this circle have made an extraordinary difference in the lives of our patients and staff.

Bronze Circle

Memorial's Bronze Circle of Excellence celebrates those with $5,000 or more in lifetime giving. Memorial Health Foundation is honored to express our gratitude to those corporations, foundations and individuals with a demonstrated dedication to our mission.

New Millennium Alliance

Memorial's New Millennium Alliance (NMA) recognizes those who have planned for the future of our community through a thoughtful strategy of planned giving. Members are generous pioneers whose foresight and vision for the future have been realized through planned giving opportunities available to all through Memorial Health Foundation.

NMA members are true stewards of health whose gifts will be cherished by our children, grandchildren and beyond. If you would like to learn more about this special group, please call 574-647-6613.
